Cyberspace Laws and Regulations
Cybersecurity refers to measures taken to protect internet-connected devices, networks, and data from unauthorized access and criminal use. Additionally cybersecurity ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and avilability of data over it’s entire cycle.  Cybersecurity applied to both software and hardware, as well as information on the internet. It can protect everything from to personal information to complex government systems.

Understanding measures include preventing, detecting, and responding to cyberattacks. Any information stored on an internet connected device, computer system, or network can be hacked. With the proper measures in place, this can be prevented. Given that the world is more reliant on computers than ever before, cybersecurity has become essential.  By continuing you understand and agree to the cyberspace laws and regulations and the importance and action of law enforcement if laws and regukations are breached.

Manaaki stand together with pride and value.  All platforms under Manaaki and branded and future proofed for the use of there audiences accross the online platforms and cannot be use for personal under cyberspace laws and regulations.

Suspending or terminating your access to services
Manaaki reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services or delete your account if any of these things happen:
failure to meet the leasing agreement contract.

The global collective group is an unofficial group that works together future proofing for the children of the nations and generations to come.  Involved in our nations working together as a collective is mother nature we need the development of nature for the children to develop and grow.

Agreement of quality control
You agree to our high quality standards of quality control of all products and services.  If systems fail or do not reach the high quality standards you are to report this by communicating to us through our feedback link.

Warrenty 
An assurance that a product or service will perform to a certain standard.  We provide our services using reasonable skill and care. If we don’t meet the quality level described in this warranty, you agree to tell us and we’ll work with you to try to resolve the issue.

Refunds Policy
Manaaki cyberspace new laws refund policy helps one of our organisations pay for any financial losses they may incur in the event of a cyberattack or data breach during the period of the event or data breach.  In return you will be refunded or reinburst for the services during the time of a cyberattack or data breach event.

Manaaki won’t be responsible for the following liabilities:
loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings
indirect or consequential loss
punitive damages
